Job summary

Domino's in Muskego, Wisconsin is seeking a capable assistant manager to lead and motivate a shift-based team. The role combines people management, cost controls and customer service to ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time.

You will train, schedule staff, maintain policy standards, and contribute to store profitability while delivering the best pizza experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Ability to follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
