Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on General Manager for the Wichita area store located at 7130 W. Maple St., Suite 150. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, and customer service to ensure timely orders and quality standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders by phone, coordinating deliveries, leading staff, and maintaining clean facilities. Strong numerical skills and the ability to train new hires are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Lead by example and coach/train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associate paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
