Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume store in Mississippi. You will lead daily operations, drive profitability, uphold food safety standards, and foster an inclusive, engaging work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and technical savvy with store systems. You will recruit and develop a team, ensure excellent service, and manage costs while coaching staff to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino's store with leadership and supervision.
• Ensure operational standards, food safety, profitability and an inclusive environment.
• Lead and develop store team members while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Manage technology (POS, ATS) operations and troubleshoot as needed.
