Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff and activities to achieve profitable store location.
• Organize and supervise staff schedules and work allocation.
• Review daily sales reports and cash handling per company policies.
• Maintain store standards in housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service.
• Lead regular staff meetings to communicate plans and updates.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure long-term relationships.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through spot counts and checks.
• Collaborate with regional managers on cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
• Ensure the store looks clean and inviting and meets targets for gross and net margins.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
