Domino's Pizza is hiring a Store Assistant Manager in Florida to lead the team during shifts, uphold customer service and product quality, and drive store performance.

You'll undergo our Management Development Program with paid training and opportunities for advancement into franchise ownership. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and a good driving record; prior management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Some management experience is a plus.
• Must work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all store operations during shifts, lead staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations.
• Support staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and store image standards.
