TitleMax is seeking a General Manager in Bluffton, South Carolina to lead store performance, coach a team, and deliver the white-glove service customers expect. You’ll set goals, manage operations, and partner with local communities to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop store team to hit profitability and KPIs.
• Manage performance reports and ensure cash controls and security.
• Drive sales through local marketing, partnerships, and community events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws at store level.
• Maintain professional store appearance and planograms.
• Work full-time with 40 hours/week and occasional weekends.
