Job summary

Jack's is seeking a General Manager to own and run a single Jack's store, overseeing sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and operations. You will lead a team to deliver high standards in service and food quality, while meeting daily goals and maintaining a positive, energetic work environment.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, manage a million-dollar operation, and contribute to growth opportunities as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

Energy and enthusiasm to lead and serve guests
Proven servant leadership and team development
Flexibility to multitask and work 50–55 hours
Strong conflict resolution and people management skills
P&L, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety know-how
