Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete management of store/operation and sales.
• Maintain quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and manage profit margin goals.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders and manage procurement.
• Lead employee training and lead by example.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
