Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce policy 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Create and manage schedules, orders, training for team members and hiring.
