Job summary

Jack's is opening a Brandon, MS location and seeking a General Manager who will own a single Jack's store, overseeing sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and operations. You will lead a team to ensure top service, cleanliness, and quality while driving business results.

You’ll hire, coach, and develop staff, manage 50–55 hour weeks, and motivate a motivated crew to deliver great southern biscuits and a welcoming guest experience.
