• Determines crew staffing requirements and ensures co-manager hires in advance.
• Maintains adequate bench strength in management.
• Maintains store personnel training on quality, service and cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors managers and crew to achieve store standards.
• Simulates and enforces store systems for Q.S.C. and cost controls.
• Analyzes weekly P&L with the management team.
• Writes and executes store plans with delegated responsibilities.
