Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Kansas is seeking a Store General Manager to lead all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You will set the example and ensure 100% policy adherence by yourself and your crew.

You will manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, marketing, scheduling, store cleanliness, and profitability while delivering great customer service and maintaining a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• General store duties for all team members.
• Operate equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
