Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to drive overall store sales and service excellence. You will lead and develop a diverse team, manage professional customer relationships, and ensure inventory and operational standards are met day-to-day.

The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends. Strong leadership, profitability focus, and automotive knowledge are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and develop staff.
  • Experience managing profitability and reviewing P&L statements.
  • Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
  • Manage Professional Customer relationships and growth.
  • Hire, develop, and coach store Team Members.
  • Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
  • Lead on-duty responsibilities and scheduling.
