Job summary

Domino's in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to lead a single store's daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability.

You will supervise staff, ensure food safety, recruit and develop employees, and create an inclusive team environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Prior GM experience in fast-paced service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred
