Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily store facilities upkeep in a high-volume retail environment. You’ll supervise maintenance staff and vendors, coordinate preventive maintenance, and respond to urgent building, equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues to keep our supercenter safe, clean, and operational.

You will partner closely with store leadership to prioritize work orders, uphold safety standards, coach team members, and contribute to a culture that values

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store facilities upkeep in a high-volume retail environment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to respond to issues and complete work orders.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to urgent building, equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing problems.
