Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in Dunwoody is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, greet customers, and resolve issues while upholding brand standards.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborate with teammates, and participate in inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance while following health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Additional duties and projects as required.
