Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Rogers, AR is hiring a Store Environment Team Member to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization. You will help customers, stock and recover products, and keep floors and bathrooms clean to support a safe shopping experience.

This part-time role requires initiative, reliability, and ability to stand long hours in a public retail environment; availability nights, weekends, and early mornings is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Public retail store environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and assist with cash handling.
• Assist customers in locating products and explain store programs (Rewards, Private Label).
• Engage in omni-channel tasks including BOPIS and Ship from Store when needed.
• Assist with stocking, truck un-loading and adherence to SOPs and safety programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in high-traffic areas and report supply needs.
