Job summary

Michaels in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a part-time Store Environment Team Member to keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming for customers. You will dust, mop, handle trash, and assist with routine store maintenance to support our brand promises.

Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods are essential. You may assist with checkout duties and customer interactions while upholding safety and SOP guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding items.
• Handle trash collection and disposal; dust and mop floors; move and stock products as needed.
