Store - MILW-GRAFTON, WI

Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and help them find what they’re looking for.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
  2. Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
  3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and restore them to proper placement.
  4. Clean assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents as needed.
  5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones.
  6. Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervisors of supply needs.
  7. Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
  8. Follow all federal, state, and county guidelines.
  9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, exemplifying organizational values.
Additional duties may include:
  • Providing quick and friendly checkout service and handling cash accurately.
  • Engaging customers about Rewards programs and Credit Cards, and enrolling them.
  • Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  • Participating in stock unloading, stocking, and planogram setup.
  • Supporting shrink and safety initiatives.
  • Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Mobility throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy items and using ladders or similar equipment.
  • Work may involve outdoor tasks and handling cleaning chemicals.
