Michaels is seeking a Store Environment Team Member in Chandler to maintain the store’s cleanliness and overall look, while delivering friendly customer service and helping customers locate products. The role emphasizes safe, welcoming environments and supporting store operations with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates have retail or cleaning experience and are able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work in a climate-controlled public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store and find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and truck un-load/stocking.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
