Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Baytown, TX, is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain store cleanliness and assist customers with shopping and rewards programs. Role includes cleaning duties, stocking, and participating in BOPIS/SFS processes.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and a positive team attitude; applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
