Job summary

Advance-Auto-Parts is seeking a courteous and safety‑minded Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, upsell accessories, and maintain store cleanliness while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires a valid driver's license, good English, physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
