Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an energetic Driver/Delivery Associate in Florida to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in shoppers. You will pick returns and cores, drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers, and assist in upselling to increase transaction value.

Maintain cleanliness, stock, and inventory accuracy while building strong customer relationships. Requirements include a valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to read catalogs, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
• Willingness to work flexible days, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily and maintain relationships with customers for CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and cycle counts; knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.
