Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to deliver parts to professional customers and manage returns. You will engage with customers, promote current sales, and assist in maintaining an organized store environment. A valid driver's license and safe driving skills are essential.

The role involves stocking, inventory checks, and daily collection of credit accounts, with opportunities to upsell and build strong customer relationships. Weekend availability may be required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk‑in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation Range

The good faith estimate for this role is between 16.00 USD and 16.13 USD per hour for a new team member.
