Job summary

Target is seeking a Store Director in Wichita, KS to lead a large team of hourly associates and leaders, delivering a guest-first shopping experience and driving profitable growth. You will recruit, develop and retain talent, set schedules, monitor payroll, and align operations with guest needs while upholding safety, compliance and community relations.

You’ll collaborate with HR on talent strategies, analyze sales trends and inventories, and communicate with guests to reinforce Target’s values

Qualifications
