Wayne's Foods Plus in Webster, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced retail grocery leader to join our Webster store as Store Director. This role will guide the team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage store operations, and drive sales and profits.

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and train staff, maintain cost controls, nurture vendor relationships, and strive to meet labor and productivity goals while offering a welcoming, community-focused shopping experience.

Job description

Wayne's Foods Plus is a small town family-owned grocery store since 1975. We have 3 locations in Danbury, Webster, and Luck Wisconsin.

We are seeking an experienced retail grocery leader to join our growing Webster store as a Store Director. This position will lead a great team of people who work each day to provide excellent customer service to our customers and community.

The right candidate will be charged with planning, coordinating, and training for the entire store operation to ensure firm cost controls and an overall profitable store. We offer many resources and support for our management team within an environment that promotes our 6-5-3 and G.R.E.A.T. principles. We offer competitive wages and benefits with this full-time position. This individual must set an example of personal integrity, seek out new ways and means to increase sales and profits, be able to establish and maintain good vendor relationships, and achieve or exceed projected labor and productivity goals. Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
