J.Crew Group in the United States is seeking a Store Director in Auburn, WA to lead store performance and profitability while building customer loyalty. You will hire and coach talent, foster inclusion, and partner with the District Manager to drive service excellence and compelling product presentation.

You will lead a diverse team, stay current with fashion trends, and ensure smooth operations, scheduling flexibility, and outstanding customer experiences in a retail environment.

• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
