Responsibilities

• Design Documentation: Develop complete drawing packages (floor/fixture plans, elevations, finishes) from approved concepts.

• Coordination & Review: Review kickoff documentation and coordinate with internal teams to resolve constraints.
• Quality & Timelines: Ensure precision in dimensioning, tagging, and cross-sheet consistency; manage redlines through DD and construction phases.
• Vendor Support: Review vendor shop drawings for design intent compliance and provide clarifications.
• Presentations: Prepare design decks, sample boards, and visuals for reviews while communicating project risks.

Supports retail store design packages for new, relocation, remodel, and special projects across multiple brands. Focuses on executing approved design concepts, adapting brand standards to site conditions, and producing clean documentation for permitting, procurement, and construction. Accountable for on-time delivery, drawing accuracy, and process adherence under Design Leadership

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design Documentation: Develop complete drawing packages (floor/fixture plans, elevations, finishes) from approved concepts. Adapt standards to site conditions and landlord criteria.
• Coordination & Review: Review kickoff documentation (Tenant Design Criteria, as-builts, code requirements, work letters). Coordinate with internal teams (Construction, R&D) to resolve constraints.
• Quality & Timelines: Ensure precision in dimensioning, tagging, and cross-sheet consistency. Incorporate redlines and support updates through DD and construction phases.
• Vendor Support: Review vendor shop drawings for compliance with design intent and provide necessary clarifications.
• Presentations: Prepare design decks, sample boards, and visuals for reviews while communicating project risks proactively.

SCOPE:

Executes approved concepts within established CAD standards, tools, and workflows without authoring brand standards.
