What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries
5. Build long-term relationships with customers
6. Maintain the store delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
7. Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand and walk all shift, and lift up to 60 lbs
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns appropriately
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system
4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
6. Navigate using maps and directions throughout the metro area
7. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
8. Valid Driver’s License
