Town Pump in Ennis, MT is seeking a motivated Store Deli Attendant to join our team. You will prepare foods according to the recipe manual and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare food according to the recipe manual by cutting, measuring, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying and broasting while following recipes for accuracy and food safety.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain work areas and equipment; store and label food properly and organize supplies.
• Keep the hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee, and fountain areas clean, stocked and operational.
• Perform clerk duties in smaller locations as described for the clerk role.

As a Deli Attendant, You Will

• prepare food according to the recipe manual by cutting, measuring, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying, and broasting, while following recipes for accuracy as well as proper food safety and hygiene practices.
• clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment. Store and label food properly to prevent it from spoiling, and organize and put away food supplies and equipment in their proper places.
• keep the hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee, and fountain dispenser areas clean, filled, and stocked.
• perform all clerk duties in smaller locations as described in the clerk job description.
