Job summary

Town Pump Company is seeking a motivated Store Deli Attendant in Billings, Montana. You will follow a recipe manual to prepare foods, maintain cleanliness, and stock all food service areas while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include serving customers, performing clerk duties in smaller locations, and maintaining equipment and surfaces. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and reliable food handling in a fast-paced store setting.

• prepare food according to the recipe manual by cutting, measuring, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying, and broasting, while following recipes for accuracy as well as proper food safety and hygiene practices.
• clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment. Store and label food properly to prevent it from spoiling, and organize and put away food supplies and equipment in their proper places.
• keep the hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee, and fountain dispenser areas clean, filled, and stocked.
• perform all clerk duties in smaller locations as described in the clerk job description.
