Job summary

Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Deli Attendant to join our team in Missoula, MT. This role focuses on preparing food to recipe specifications and maintaining clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced deli environment.

Responsibilities include handling food with proper safety and hygiene, labeling and storing items correctly, and keeping equipment and service counters well-stocked. This role may involve clerk duties at smaller locations as described in the clerk job description.

• Prepare food according to the recipe manual by cutting, measuring, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying, and broasting, while following recipes for accuracy as well as proper food safety and hygiene practices.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment. Store and label food properly to prevent it from spoiling, and organize and put away food supplies and equipment in their proper places.
• Keep the hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee, and fountain dispenser areas clean, filled, and stocked.
• Perform all clerk duties in smaller locations as described in the clerk job description.
