Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. This entry-level role involves cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning and stocking, with some positions handling foodservice tasks.

A positive attitude and trainable mindset are valued, and our programs aim to prepare you to excel in the role. We emphasize internal advancement, schedule flexibility, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage fuel transactions and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Experience with foodservice safety protocols is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Assist customers and provide friendly service to ensure a positive store experience.
• Stock shelves, clean work areas, and support foodservice tasks where assigned.

Retail Sales Associate

Crew positions are entry level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. As one would expect, cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role with some foodservice positions specifically tasked with food prep and foodservice safety. What you might not expect is the camaraderie of the store team and fun interactions with customers. Cashier, customer service, retail or foodservice experience is great, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.
