Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Massachusetts. This entry-level role involves cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking, with some positions handling food prep and safety. Prior cashier or customer service experience helps, but isn’t required. Strong attitude and willingness to learn will be trained for success.

You’ll join a team with a focus on internal advancement, flexible schedules, and comprehensive training programs designed to help you excel in the role.

Retail Sales Associate

Crew positions are entry level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. Cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role, with some foodservice positions specifically tasked with food prep and foodservice safety. The camaraderie of the store team and interactions with customers are also key. Cashier, customer service, retail or foodservice experience is great, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.
