Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant in the Phoenix area. You will deliver a positive customer experience, understand customer needs, and guide them to FedEx Office products and services including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping.

You will manage orders, pricing, and assist with training while maintaining a safe, clean retail environment. You’ll handle complex customer orders, operate printing and binding equipment, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions.
• Assists in the training of store team members.
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s needs and propose solutions.
• Provides expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping product lines and can recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides pricing information.
• Sets up and operates printing, binding, and related equipment using customer media.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
