FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers with printing, signs & graphics and shipping, take orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s needs.
Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping products.
Takes complex customer orders and provides accurate pricing information.
Sets up and operates printing, binding and related equipment.
Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail store.
Processes financial transactions at a Point of Sale (POS).
Keeps retail merchandising materials up to date and properly displays products.
Completes required financial paperwork and supports daily sales reporting.
Follows FedEx Office policies and procedures to ensure security and service quality.
