Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service across print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products to meet customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will operate printing and shipping equipment, manage production queues, and ensure the store stays safe and organized while handling POS transactions and customer inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

Responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience and uses consultative skills to anticipate customer needs.
• Takes orders and provides pricing and product information for print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
• Operates and maintains printing and shipping equipment and manages production queue.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS terminal and handles cash as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
