Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive, consultative customer experience across print, signs & graphics and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, set up printing/finishing equipment and maintain a neat, secure store environment.

The role includes handling POS transactions, guiding customers, and coordinating production queues while upselling FedEx Office services. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative customer service in a retail environment and understands individualized customer needs.
• Takes orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, weighing packages and affixing labels.
• Sets up and operates printing, binding, and related equipment with customer media.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail store.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS terminal, including handling cash.
• Stays current on merchandising and ensures proper display of store products.
