Job summary

Qualifications

• MinimumQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of specialized experience; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers consultative customer service to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
• Takes orders and provides pricing/information on FedEx Office products and services.
• Operates and maintains store equipment and handles shipping & printing tasks.
• Processes financial transactions at POS and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Manages production queue, deadlines and prioritizes tasks to meet customer expectations.
