• Completes all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements and assisting budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting clear expectations and recognizing performance.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and maintains ethics and integrity across store operations.
