Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store.
• Direct responsibility for Grocery and General Merchandise departments, including sales, gross profit, shrink, payroll, CTO.
• Ensure wage and hour policies and procedures are in place and follow company guidelines.
• Coordinate HR activities and ensure training programs (OSHA, Sexual Harassment, Basic Skills) are followed.
• Control operating expenses and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
