Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Create a welcoming experience by assisting customers quickly, professionally, and safely while learning and applying company standards.

• Store Appearance - Contribute to a clean and welcoming environment by completing assigned tasks and following appearance standards.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Prepare food safely and consistently to ensure every customer receives fresh, high-quality products they can trust.
• Merchandising - Stock and present products neatly and accurately to ensure customers can easily find fresh, appealing items.
• Business Operations - Follow daily procedures accurately to support inventory control, task completion, and a smooth customer experience.

Age: 16+

Schedule / Work / Travel

• Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical / Environment: Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking.
• Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs.
• May work in cold/freezer areas or outdoors at times.

• Experience: Retail store experience
