Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a friendly retail associate to deliver excellent customer service, greet customers promptly, and help shoppers browse inventory or check out items at the counter.

You will perform cashier duties, display and organize products, maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory ordering, and support loss prevention while upholding safety policies. Flexible hours preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
• Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment such as cash register and inventory systems.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Assist with preparation of displays and promotions.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct unsafe actions or conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
