Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Customer Service and Cleaning Associate to maintain store cleanliness and assist customers in finding products. The role includes cash handling, Rewards enrollment, and helping with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS) processes.

Team members are expected to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings, while upholding store safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on products and store programs like Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.

Store - GRAND JUNCTION, COMaintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store which includes maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
