Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. operates TJ Maxx Store 0205 Garner NC and is seeking a Retail Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, organized selling floor.

You will operate a floor scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot-clean glass and windows while upholding health and safety standards. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, cross-training across store areas, and supporting store operations with a flexible schedule and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to health, safety, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and communicate effectively with management.
