This role acts as the CEO of the store, setting leadership standards, culture, and results while delivering exceptional guest experiences and executing strategic initiatives for long-term growth.

As GM, you will own total restaurant performance, oversee operations, staffing, training, and scheduling, and ensure adherence to Brand standards and QSC principles.

Responsibilities

• Own total restaurant performance, including operations, profitability, and team execution.
• Lead daily operations with full accountability for results.
• Ensure consistent execution of QSC standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Conduct regular self-audits and operational walkthroughs.
• Oversee payroll, cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy.
• Manage inventory, orders, and product levels to control costs.
