Job summary

McClure Oil Corporation is hiring Snack Experts to join our team that puts customers first. As a Snack Expert you will greet customers, help them find items, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and participate in upselling to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Superstar: greet customers, answer questions, and help ensure a great experience.
• Sales Floor Guru: keep shelves and coolers stocked and organized.
• Tour Guides: know item locations to assist customers quickly.
• Cash Handling Pro: operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Team Player: collaborate with colleagues and assist as needed.
• Cleaning machines: maintain a clean store interior and exterior.
• Upselling Ace: suggest products and deals to uplift the customer experience.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

We are hiring Snack Experts

• Customer Service Superstar: Be the friendly face that greets all of our customers. Offer assistance, answer questions and help customers achieve great customer experience

• Cash Handling Pro: Manage the cash register, handle transactions accurately and keep a seamless flow for our customers

• Cleaning machines: Take pride in your store by keeping the inside and outside clean and inviting.
• Upselling Ace: Master the art of upselling and suggestive selling, elevating the customers experience by recommending products and bargain buys.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to reach, stand and move about for at least 12 hours at a time
• Must be able to use a ladder, lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. or more
• Must have basic math and computer skills
