RaceTrac, Inc. in Arlington, TX is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and guest-ready. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for part-time flexibility or full-time career growth.

You’ll deliver friendly service at the register, suggest merchandise, and assist in maintaining store cleanliness and stock. The role requires a HS diploma and may involve food handler permits depending on state rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Associate you will be responsible for:

Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases

Help Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh
