Job summary

RaceTrac in the United States is seeking a Store Associate to help keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. The role offers part-time flexibility or a full-time career, with opportunities to gain valuable skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will deliver friendly service at the register or self-checkout, upsell products, and address guest concerns. You’ll also help keep the store stocked and organized, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Associate you will be responsible for:

Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience
