RaceTrac is looking for a Store Associate in Mansfield, Texas, to enhance guest experience by providing prompt service and maintaining store standards. You’ll engage customers, ensure product availability, and promote a clean environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and is a team player who takes initiative. Flexible scheduling is offered, including pay up to $15.50 per hour, with training available for career advancement.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Associate you will be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout
• Suggesting additional products to enhance guest purchases
• Addressing guest concerns with urgency and involving managers as needed
• Fostering a team‑oriented, respectful work environment

Help Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh

• Ensuring food and beverage items are available and meet quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas and following all safety regulations
• Restocking shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed

Keep It Clean & Organized

• Maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out
• Completing regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking

What We’re Looking For
